Customer Relationship / Client Servicing Executive / Manager

We are looking for a supportive individual who can resonate with our client’s requirements and improve the user experience. If you have problem-solving and communication skills to guide customers and establish long-term relationships, we would love to hire you.

As a customer relationship executive, you will offer advice to our clients, work with our team to create consistent client messages, and crack briefs provided by the client. You will be responsible for escalation and conducting regular site meetings.We will use your expertise to ensure flawless documentation and progress reports and for the successful completion of various campaign activities. You have to pitch leads when the opportunity arises and bring repeat business from clients.

Responsibilities
  • One point of contact for clients.
  • Handle escalation in terms of timeliness/quality, etc., and resolve by internal coordination till the solution is provided.
  • Cracking brief given by the client
  • Assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
  • Accountable for project completion with the expected quality and Service Level Agreements
  • Offer advice to clients on services and products.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients
  • Support in creating innovative tactics to support brand strategies for client
  • Conduct regular site meetings for key clients and understand their needs
  • Pitch leads as and when identified.
  • Work with teams to create a consistent client message.
  • Ensure flawless and regular documentation and progress reports.
  • Responsible for bringing repeat business from clients.
Competencies and Skills Required
  • Business degree or related qualification with 2+ years (Executive) & 4+ years (Manager) of experience.
  • Prior experience in operations in a similar client-facing role preferably from an agency background.
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication, and its implementation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • General business knowledge.
  • High service orientation.
  • An inherent nature to excel and generate value for the client
  • Should be creative with communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned.
