Paid Media Campaign Manager / Paid Media Associate

We are looking for a proactive candidate for managing and successfully executing paid media campaigns for our clients. If you have exceptional marketing skills on the web and experience handling all aspects of paid media campaigns, you are a sure fit for this role.

As a Paid Media Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns from scratch. You must use your expertise to define KPI, update campaign progress, and exhibit superior analytical skills. You will be performing research on current trends, optimizing user funnels, assessing user experience, and handling clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display, remarketing, programmatic, etc.
  • Defining the Key Performance Indicators & executing all the aspects of digital campaigns
  • Assessing campaign progress and optimising campaigns keeping in sight the goals/objectives
  • Analysing trends as well as insights to optimising the budgets and performance
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams
  • Using analytical abilities to identify the customer touchpoints for optimisation
  • Optimize marketing funnels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Handling and collaborating with publishers and vendors
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate with 3+ years of work experience and requisite Certifications
  • Ability to identify the target audience and create a digital campaign that is engaging, informative, and motivational
  • Ability to create as well as maintain relationships
  • Management of the various processes and activities
  • Data-oriented thinking and good in statistical analysis and research
  • Ability to plan campaign budgets
  • Experience in landing page optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Knowledge of analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
